Balado ray fish

Ingredients and flavor
250 gr ray fish
150 gr red chilli
½ sand sugar tablespoon
2 frying oil tablespoon

Manner makes
- fish is cut little then fried
- chilli, onion, milled coarse, then fried. Add sugar
- insert fish fry, direct lifted from fire
